On Friday, December 14th, Seattle indie rock four-piece Minus the Bear kicked off a weekend of farewell shows. After the band’s nationwide farewell tour, it returned to its hometown to play the Showbox for three nights in a row. Assisted by Sacramento group Tera Melos as the opener, Minus the Bear played to a sold-out venue on each of the three nights. Check out our snaps from the opening hometown farewell show.

Tera Melos, of Sacramento, brings in many different rock influences, from math rock to ambient.

Vocalist Nick Reinhart also plays guitar, keyboard, and a variety of unusual synths for Tera Melos.
